It usually means upcoming support for car key in Apple Wallet.
With the last beta of iOS 27, these 3 schemes were added in code :
- Elcard is Kyrgyzstan-based
- Maal comes from Oman
- PayPak is pakistani

Starting 26.4ß there was some work in progress for OPUS Montreal and Calypso technology integration in Wallet (additionally to Navigo / Paris).
But I missed the fact that Lavender code name wasn't for Navigo but for Zou! card, used in Nice, etc...
Network IDs found in iOS code suggest that Nice area and Sophia-Antipolis / ENVIBUS) will be supported, not necessarily all PACA area.
