What are the best test to identify whether i have IBS or not.

I have done only one test colonosopy which before biopsy mentioned that it many be terminal ileitis. But after biopsy the result

Final diagnosis

Terminal ileum – normal morphology Colon – normal morphology

Meaning: Under microscope, tissue looked essentially normal.

After that i done a ultrasonic of my abdomen and the result was as follows

Abdominal + Pelvic Ultrasound findings:

Liver: normal

Gallbladder: normal, no stones

Spleen: normal

Pancreas: partly obscured by bowel gas

Kidneys: normal, no stones / hydronephrosis

Urinary bladder:

few floating internal echoes

note says rule out cystitis (possible urinary infection/inflammation)

Appendix:

not visualized due to bowel gas

probable retrocecal position

no abscess / mass / fluid collection

no tenderness in right iliac fossa

But my bowel is not consistent its not water as diaria but also not as consistent also the water turns into the colour of stool.

Also i have a discomfort in the right side of my stomach and sometime i can feel the stool movement too. Also when i tighten my abs my stomach is flat but when i release it. Then the stomach has abdominal protrusion, mostly lower abdomen.

So i am confused if i have IBS or some other issue. I want to know someone has this issues.

I have a 10 degree C curve on my spine at the lambar region and i have back pain that travels across the back right sides too
