I received an adverse action email and I am absolutely freaking out. I am set to start training this month in about 2 weeks and reading this email sounded like they are rejecting me.

I contacted Accurate Background because of the errors in discrepancies that I have sent in all the required information they needed to correct them: 1 a gap in employment that required a w2 sent in to correct and verification of my high school diploma.

however I received this email and I sent an email to inflight class processing but it’s 4th of July and the weekend so I am assuming I wont hear back until Monday.

i tried to look for a phone number to directly contact inflight processing recruiters but I’m unsure of where to contact immediately to get a clearer understanding of the email and to revise the mistakes Accurate Background has made.

if anyone has any insight or previous experience with Accurate Background and this email, I would appreciate it so much as i have given up everything towards going to training this month and I can’t turn back!

had my f2f on May 5 came home accepted my CTO and did my vision + hearing but haven’t gotten anything since then.

is this normal? or should I reach out

how many years does United go back when doing the background check for criminal records and employment history? is it really only 10 years?

i just received my CJO from united yesterday!! I know they verbally told me that I will receive the email and welcome packet but how long does that typically take?
