Had my pre op today. I have to come back the day after surgery for my first follow up. Anyone else??

My preop is in 5 days. Im going to ask then as well but i want to ask here too. Will i be intubated? Will they put a catheter in? Ive never been under anesthesia and i also know its vastly different than c sections.

How long did you take off work vs how long did you NEED? Im taking 6 weeks off and even though i work a desk job, its A LOT of reaching. I have FMLA and short term disability at 60%.
