When your crawling through the darkness with your mind and body shattered by years of unforgiving pain and anguish, only the ambition you have to never feel so broken again is going to pull you up from that wretched place of obedience to emotion. Happiness cannot be the objective anymore. Survival is. Strength is. DEFIANCE. DEFIANCE to never besubjucated to self hatred. Hate for that bleak place you stared out from. Hate for the awkward cries for help from your shriveled heart that went unnoticed. HATE, but not for others, for your weaknesses. You know what it is going to take. Nothing short of everything that you have. Claw your fingers into the dirt and pull. Let your mind scream and beg for mercy, but do not give it any. Hone yourself. Steel your resolve. So it is a weapon. A weapon to be used against your fear. IF YOU LET IT BEND THE SLIGHTEST, THE SPACE YOU GIVE IT WILL BE THE EMPTINESS THAT SNAPS YOUR WILL.Nobody can see your worth. This feeling is like electricity coursing through your marrow. Let them look at you and call you weak. Sneer with everybody of passion you possess when they do. Hide it. Bury your self pity as deep as you can. Your vengeance will be knowing what is lying in the recesses. Knowing you no longer believe them will be your retribution. Pain and suffering has been your teacher, and you are as wise now as you will ever be.
