I'm feeling defeated. I took the OA for this course twice. On the first attempt, I scored competent in standards and resources in science as well as life science, but scored approaching competence in earth science and physical science. I did everything the course instructor told me to do to retake the exam and be successful. I completed the study plan (two quizzes, all modules) and even did the additional study quizzes—they weren't mandatory, but I did them anyway to get extra practice.
I retook the assessment and failed again. This time, I scored exemplary in standards and resources in science, unsatisfactory in earth science, and approaching competence in life science and physical science. I'm really confused because even the practice quizzes I received were nowhere near close to the actual exams I took in the first and second rounds.
Are there any tips? I've tried Quizlet, but it's just 200-plus terms, which is overwhelming. I also tried Studocu, but everything just seems all over the place. What can I do moving forward? Will my program mentor allow me to push this class back so I can focus on other classes and then come back to this one at a later date?
