Hi,

My spouse’s I-140 will likely be approved soon, and I’m wondering whether it’s a good idea to move forward with filing a COS to H-4 along with an H-4 EAD. We are planning to bundle both the H-4 and H-4 EAD applications together.

I’m currently hesitant to file because of the delays in H-4 EAD processing. My concern is that if the H-4 gets approved before the EAD, I would have to stop working until the EAD is approved.

Has anyone recently had both applications approved around the same time when filed together? What do the timelines usually look like for bundled H-4 + EAD cases?
