So i got a ban overturned a couple of months back. I never got a straight answer why I was banned but seemed to me because I complained about several orders I got which were consoles thrown loose into a box and they arrived broken. All was photoed etc...

Roll forward to today. I had reported a scam I bought an xbox with a couple of controllers but what arrived was a padded envelope with a piece of plastic. I raised SNAD not my item. I then waited about 10 days.

Today I got a refund but they banned me. Raging. Im the person who was scammed!

They say it was second time contacting me about this issue but this is nonsense unless they are referring to first time I got banned when the appeal was successful.. so anyway pissed off.
