We had got invited by Tiktok to offer our products in Mexico from the USA through the cross border program they have. The shipping provider they wanted us to use was MailAmericas (only option we have)

I have no idea where to drop it off at, i've contacted tt support, made a ticket, contacted MailsAmerica, messaged our rep and none of that has been useful. So still stuck in this situation. Wanted to see if any of you have dealt with this or have a solution.
