I work customer service in a retail warehouse, that means severe overhead lights, and looking at screens all day. I regularly get photophobic migraines where these harsh lights will send me into an attack. I've tried hats but it's hot af in this warehouse and getting overheated is another trigger. Does anyone have any suggestions, I feel like i'm going crazy because I can't go more than a couple days without a headache let alone a week without a migraine that makes me wanna delete my birthday renewal. Please this is ruining my life
