Steps for replacing catalytic converter - NYC or Hudson Valley
Catalytic converter was stolen a while back, replaced it with a cheap one to buy me some time, but now emissions test is fast approaching. Overwhelmed and seeking recommendations on steps and mechanics for proper replacement. NYC/Hudson Valley.
