My brother running a small online business and currently spend a lot of time manually doing things like:
Creating invoices after Razorpay payments
Updating Zoho Books
Sending customer emails/WhatsApp notifications
Updating Google Sheets and CRM records
I’m exploring automation tools but I’m trying to understand the real-world experience before investing time and money.
