how to train a new employee for closing
bc of bad management i have a new manager who leaves early every day, and he was scheduled 5-930 tosay to train a new employee for the closing shift. so instead he asked me to stay later to help since no one else is gonna do it and he called off last minute for today. (no other shift leads in store) im a shift lead phaze 3, i get called assistant manager even though i didnt do the AGM training and i never really had any experience to train someone, especially for closing. how should i go about it?
