Are these spikes normal?
Are these spikes normal on my daughter cgm ?
Background:
She had a GTT May2025 - started at 5mmol, two hours later was 2mmol
No concerns, sent home.
A year later her past hba1cs are sitting at 44.
So they said they’d like her to have a mop cgm.
I don’t like the way she spikes high, then drops low. But no one seems concerned and I don’t know if I should advocate a bit harder.
Shes stable overnight between 4 + 5 but the rest of the day is in roller coaster effect - even if it’s within the limits ?
As you can see she can spike up high, which is then bringing her too low. But our doctors aren’t worried because the test is in range 🤪🤪🤪
