Hair salon that can touch up greys and do blow outs

Hi there! Looking for a reasonable salon that can touch up greys hairs and also offer blow outs. I don’t need to do both in an appointment, but looking for somewhere I can just book for a blow out and then separately somewhere that can dye my grey. Ideally looking for somewhere that is English speaking friendly (not trying to be rude at all, but it’s been challenging in the past to communicate what I’m hoping to get at appointments and leaving disappointed)

Makeup artist that can achieve this look

Hi there! I have an event coming up and wondering if anyone has any makeup artists that were friendly to English speaking clients to achieve a look like this? (not trying to be rude at all, but it’s been challenging in the past to communicate what I’m hoping to get at appointments and leaving disappointed)

I’ve done Sephora and it’s been hit or miss.
