For broker/owners, how many doors do you have under management and what’s your profit?

Trying to determine what our goal should be in terms of doors/total rent collected. We’re at about 200 doors collecting about $25-28k in PM fees on average per month, not including placement fees, late fees, tenant placement only work, etc. I hear 300 doors is where the “real money” starts, but I also feel that is the point where my 2 person team would need to expand. Would love anyone’s thoughts or tips on this that have been here before me!
