Skink ran away in my backyard!
So I brought my skink out in the backyard to get some sun and warm up. Keep in mind I am in Phoenix, Arizona. She was relaxing and being super chill and she slowly started walking in the direction of the gate so I slowly started following her to go bring her back inside. She started running away very very quickly and I still wasn’t too worried, but I was being gentle because I didn’t wanna hurt her while grabbing her. She ended up getting away from me. I still had eyes on her. The ground was super hot for my bare feet so I looked away for one second to see if I had any shoes nearby, and I didn’t, when I looked back, she was gone. She was running alongside a brick wall. I literally have no clue where she could’ve even gone because there wasn’t too much for her. Is there a possibility she could climb a brick wall? That’s like 6 feet tall?? I spent an hour walking around my backyard trying to find her and I could not. Please give me tips! :(
