I'm a 60F moving to Phila, looking for a quiet neighborhood that's near grocery stores, coffee shops, etc etc. I also am hoping for nearby proximity to a large park where I can walk or bike. I'm thinking Rittenhouse, Fitler Sq, Logan Sq or Art Museum. Any other neighborhoods to check out? Anything on the east side? I want to be centrally located, so not considering Fishtown or W Phila. Thanks!
