I am a 24 year old girl . i grew up very overprotected . Growing all my decisions were taken by someone else even the littlest of thing what clothes i should wear , my parents never let me go out with friends , they would let me go out alone to places till i got my own job . Now i am highly introverted and socially anxious . Cannot make decisions on my own ,Cant do thinks on my own . How do i become more capable and mature
