I’ve uploaded 10 long-form videos over the past month, but I still haven’t received any impressions from Suggested Videos. My first video was uploaded more than a month ago already. Do you think I should start a new channel, or keep uploading on this current one?

I started a channel a month ago and have uploaded 8 long-form videos. Looking at my analytics, I'm getting 0 impressions from Suggested Videos.
Is it too early to pivot or start a new channel? Has anyone experienced this "zero suggested" phase at the beginning? Thanks!
This isn't my first channel. I have another channel in a the same niche where things are moving fine. I started getting decent impressions and suggested views just 3 days after the first upload.
That’s why I’m so confused with this new one. Same quality & upload consistency, but after 8 videos and 1 month, the "Suggested Videos" metric is still a flat zero. Is it possible that the algorithm "flagged" this specific account?
