Hot baths don’t make sense (partly)

Of course they’re amazing for getting rid of toxins stored under the skin, however I got 2 issues with hot baths:

  1. Salt- if salt is an explosive and it destroys everything that it touches, why would we put it in the water? I know it’s to neutralize tap water toxins but won’t salt damage our bodies? We absorb everything through our skin.

  2. Hot temperature on our testicles. Heard it reduces sperm count, I don’t know if it’s backed by scientific studies. What I can say is I noticed a big drop in my libido after starting hot baths. I’m almost never horny, anyone experienced this?

I became a new person - 3 months on the diet

Sounds unrealistic but the psychological changes are just insane to me, I’ll list them all, but firstly let me tell you what type of person I was before.
I was antisocial generally, never felt good enough really despite being above average in looks and height, obsessing over making money thinking that would bring me happiness. Hating my life, crying sometimes, rage attacks, emotionally dependent on my “productivity”. Gym and moneymaking became my escape (now I don’t need any of that) Struggled with depression and anxiety for 3 years in the past. I’m 21

Now, 3 months into the diet I’m a new man. And I mean it. I feel bliss and happiness constantly, even doing the work I hated before, now I enjoy it. I just enjoy being alive, doesn’t matter what I do. It’s like my body loving every second of the nutritional heaven it’s in, you know? Conversations fly smoothly, I’m quick with the jokes, don’t care about anything I just love my existence, that’s it. I always struggled with overthinking so I couldn’t be present in social interactions, not it’s finally gone. I just enjoy doing anything, no unnecessary thoughts, not caring about others judgment. No one can affect me, I don’t get mad, I don’t get stressed cause I don’t care. I’m just happy, finally. Also, I became more creative and action taking. So that’s that.

I’m still detoxing obviously. I have a white tongue (that means heavy metals coming out of the brain), so that may be why psychological changes are so noticeable to me.

Thank you Aajonus you have saved my life

Detox so strong parents wanna kick me out of the house

So I’m 3 months on the diet and I get occasional diarrhea from time to time. The smell is so strong it gets out of the toilet somehow when I’m still in there and the whole apartment smells like shit apparently. I know the detox is going flawlessly cause my parents say it smells like toxins and that could get sick from it. I just wanted to share that cause I’m proud of it

  1. According to Aajonus, body handles big amounts of toxins through these mechanisms: bacteria, viruses, tumors and cancer cells. When bacteria fails, cause the amounts of toxins are too big, body develops a virus. When the virus can’t handle toxins also, body creates tumors to store these huge amounts of toxins and develop cancer cells. My point is that I had struggled with hpv type 6 or 11 for 2 years. Got rid of the virus around 6 months ago. So the virus from the past, my acne, white tongue and the iris all indicate that I have huge amounts of toxins stored.

  2. Looking at those screenshots it doesn’t look good for me, color around my irises is clearly orange. What doctor should I visit? How could I what which type of cancer it might be?

Been raw primal for 80 days now so I’m detoxing slowly but surely.

Being on this diet requires kind of an enlightened mind, therefore I’m curious how do you sustain your living?

Owning a business, unemployed allowance, living off grid?

I’m 21 and I can’t have a job, I’d rather be homeless but I need to get raw meat somehow

If so, how long have you been on the diet until you saw a significant change?

For context, I’m pretty light and lean (186, 75 kg, around 16% bodyfat), but my face is still pretty bloated. Been on the primal diet for 70 days.
