its like they intentionally make raw milk the only available raw dairy and then still highly push for regulations for no reason. it is like they want me sick and diseased or something. all i want to do is buy raw butter and not pay 2 million for shipping fees aswell as 30 for the butter itself.
If you still deny the effect of no fap then you must of gone at least 3 days without having a wank because it is the best feeling I'm not too sure about complete abstinence but it's definitely a real thing
My red flags are the usual like yours guys, tattoos, piercings on nose, eyebrows, lip, tongue, etc but now after seriously thinking about having children, I need a girl that is atleast open to adopting even 50% primal diet, how can I do it? How do you guys do it? The girls I know are all severely mentally ill due to extremely poor diets and tney are all on SSRI’s because they have “anxiety” and “depression” …they think it’s disgusting that I drink raw let alone me even telling them about raw organs, muscle meat, blood, etc. it’s just sad looking around and seeing how brainwashed everyone is. I have an egg allergy for my whole life, I made a seperate post about it and ppl told me to just not eat eggs rn and try microdosing again after a couple months on the diet because no solutions worked for me so far. I have access to raw meat, raw milk, raw butter, raw cheese, raw honey, and fruits. I know there’s a lot of foods I can eat, but I’m just wondering because in most of aajonus weight gain protocols the patient had to eat a ton of eggs. some people said milkshakes were good for gaining weight, but those have eggs, and so does the lube formula. I’m pretty thin right now and have eczema and acne. what can I sub in for eggs in drinks or recipes that have them?

i really want to become primal and i already drink raw and fermented milk (fermented in secret) and eat raw meat sometimes (also in secret) and they are not ones to accept a diet/lifestyle like this so what im really asking ig is how i can do this in secret better or something idk

i make a pretty nice sized jar of raw goat milk and honey every few days (glock 19 and mac9 2011 for scale)
i drink it every morning before bed and sleep like a baby. takes me back to the good ole days where there were no responsibilities and all i did was shit my pants, drink my mom's breast milk, and sleep
