Maybe TMI - had a medication abortion almost 4 weeks ago, everything seemed to go to plan. Had heavy bleeding the day of, a period of time of passing large clots, and then tapered off to spotting for the past 4 weeks. Yesterday I started my first period since this process, which has been fairly heavy but nothing super out of the normal. Today (moments ago) I passed a very large, oval shaped clump of tissue out of nowhere, probably more than the size of my palm in length. Is this normal this many weeks later / has anyone else experienced this??
