Hi there - wondering if anyone has any ideas that can help us? Chase Bank auto-disputed a charge WITHOUT our knowledge. We never requested it. Now my 9 year old son’s account (Legosracer) is permanently terminated; 6 years of play/hard work gaming and $1000s of his bday and xmas money gone. Punishing a child for a bank AI error is wrong. We’ve tried calling Chase & appealing to Roblox multiple times.
