First grow so just asking for opinions and advice

How do my plants look?
Front plant was an accidental topping early back right still stretching and back left has hardened up pretty stiff.

First attempt at scrog net what do you guys think? Day 23

My plants are not responding to LST they pop back up within 2 hours should I defoliate? Or just let em grow?

I was attempting LST and snapped the top off this is the plant in the front of the second picture. How cooked am I????

I’m seeing some yellowing on the veins of the older leaves is this a cal-mag issue? Day 14 by the way

Do these guys look ok to everybody? Also these were taken directly after watering.
