Hard textured bumpy spot on her leg I just found today, hoping it's just a calloused spot

Labradoodle 8yo female, up to date on vax, 65 lbs spayed no other symptoms

Also found a tick crawling on her (not engorged, did not see any bite marks) on the same day - she is on tick&flea medication
