60kg X 6 Weighted pull ups @18 years old
Even though last rep was a touch I'm still happy with this set, hoping to work this weight up to a ten rep max as a long term goal.

Even though last rep was a touch I'm still happy with this set, hoping to work this weight up to a ten rep max as a long term goal.
70kg moved very well so I thought I might as well try 80kg, acceleration was good I just needa train top half more. weight behind legs helps to not kip at all with legs.
