I submitted 21 IEEPA entries on 4/22 with 20 being accepted.

The REV-615 report shows "Last Updated" as May 4, 2026 but there is no data still.

I do see 4 CAPE entries in REV-603 as showing "Sent to treasury" with the same refund amounts and 4 different document numbers.

Are the following assumptions correct?:

1. REV-615 only populates after the refund hits your account

2. Refunds are processed in batches according to entry date? ie I will get something like 5 payments over the next few weeks that each pay the sum of 4 entries.

3. I just need to hang tight to wait and see the additional entries hit REV-603 and there is nothing else to look for to confirm their processing other than the accepted status when first submitting

I'm an importer and I filed the CAPE returns for myself for all but 1 of my IEEPA entries. The 1 that was rejected was outside of the 80 day liquidation window which it seems to me requires Form 19 Protest.

I have been trying to contact the broker for weeks via phone & email with no response. I am pretty sure they went under at some point.

Am I the only other entity legally able to file this protest? If so, what do I need to do beyond getting a protest filer account (Which I do have).
