Considering PP after waiting for 2 years for I-140
Hello! I submitted my I-140 with a PD of May 1st 2024. I submitted my AOS and EAD request back in November 2025, but my I-140 is still pending. I am living in the US under a different condition for which my work permit will expire soon (October 2026). My attorneys are working on a Mandamus Lawsuit for the delay on processing for EAD requests. Is it crazy to consider PP at this point of waiting in my E-140? I am a Supply Chain Professional with an MBA and over 18 years of experience, with experience in EPC developing mega projects for Data Centers, Semicoductors and Pharmaceutical facilities. I am on the verge of an important promotion and this wait is really taking a toll on me. I submitted three LORs and a Letter of Intent from my current employer. I am a dual citizen of Venezuela and Spain. I only see cases being processed under PP and it is really getting me anxious. Thanks in advance for your feedback.
