Is the mixing a bit off ?

I wrapped up my sleeve with some beads, because of the knuckle on the wrist we decided to mix the skulls with pearls because the artist didnt know how a skull would age on the knuckle. I liked the idea but now it feels a bit off, do i overthink i to much or was it a miss ?

Possible to fix

First off, i would like to say that the blame is on me aswell for not doing proper research ,and just rush into the first and "best" artist i come by, long story... I got this really uneven piece on my triceps 5 years ago and even if it have been a minute now i`m still not totally over it, you kinda feel you waste half of your arm on just crap, i had to go back to my country and fix the rest of it and the rest looks descent taking into consideration on what we had to work with..

Is it possible to fix the uneven parts or is it a hopeless case ? the artist who fixed the rest of the sleeve said it was nothing he could do, but i`m not fully given up yet, He said i was taking it all to hard and that he had seen 10 times worst but i feel it kinda screams at everyone how uneven it is..

i guess even the slightest upgrade would be a bonus

Is this light enough for a cover up ?

I had a really bad experience with an artist in Spain a some years that leave me no choice but to go back to my country and go full sleeve, the problem was that i had a vegvisir on my under arm that kinda fuck up the flow, i`ve been doing lazer for some time now and hoping soon to be able to cover it over, i already got a motive ready (octopus ) i`ve been talking to an artist who specialize in japanese and cover ups and he says its maybe doable already but i dont feel so sure, i feel the lines will pop up from the underside and i will be in a even greater mess, the plan is to go to laser treatment until may and see then...

How many more sessions ?

Heey,i`m a good year and a half into removing the vegvisir to be able to covering it with this octopus, its a long story on why i havent removed it before getting the sleeve.

So the question is,how many more sessions should i go for before i could "safely" cover it with the octopus ? I`ve been talking to a artist in Oslo saying its maybe doable right now but i dont feel sure about it..
