I have been doing this since when I was 10 my brain is fked up ky physical capabilities are fucked up I am doing this from 7 years atleast once daily .

now I am 17 I pray to allah but I feel so distant from him I don't feel that feeling I used to feel while praying to him I feel like I m just praying for the sake of it

even if i try to ask for forgiveness from Allah I get so embarassed i can't even get a fricking tear out
