Here's 5 (not-so) stupid ways to relieve stress whilst at work

Well if it helps, asked my app for some "quiet bat-sh!t tips" to give a very largely stressed audience on here

(not including to meditate..... or "breathe in, choke now" stuff)

(btw this is better than doom-scrolling or probably not.... but if it helps to not break anyone's mental work-state then i'm glad you saw this)

👉1) “Silent rage coding”
- (as in don't bash a keyboard off some-one's head) 🧠

Instead of doomscrolling:

keep working in Excel / email

but literally tell your head:
every key = “pressure release”
every click = “I am deleting stress”

Works coz you don't interrupt that work-energy flow by scrolling on brain-rot to relieve stress

👉2) "Under-the-desk foot DJ battle”
- (don't spend company money and hire one literally....)

Put both feet flat under the desk and:
left foot = bass drum
right foot = clap

Now make a song - (Just don't sing it out loud)

Works coz the brain loves rhythms - especially ones that flow too good -> Relieves stress

👉3) “Inbox aggression sorting”
- (Have fun with this one)

While working:

Tell your brain to label emails as:

  • “sh!t”
  • “boss's sh!t”
  • “jump out the window”
  • “pack up and leave”

Play around with it (don't let HR see it though)

Works coz its fun to split up emotions to different tasks during the day and doesn't cram the brain into 1 state of mind

👉 4) “No-break reset flick”
- (No you don't have to walk around the office announcing you're stressed)

Between 10-20 mins:
tiny shoulder drop (1 second)
immediately continue typing

Works coz.... 1) no one notices, and 2) your nervous system takes its strained focus off stress -> helps recenter the brain and clear up clogged weights in the mind...

👉 5) Lastly “Excel cell possession”
- (Not like a mistress relationship but u get what I mean)

Pick one cell and treat it like it’s “holding your stress”.

Every time you click it:
you silently “vent” one worry into it
Then move on back to the task.

-> (Just remember to delete it or Katie from HR is gonna wonder why her name is repeated more times than on the Epstein list)

Works coz your brain finds a spot to sh!t on without stopping your hard-working day

-> So none of these tips asks you to meditate or go "find a fruit day" b.s
Because these are kept from you and I'll expose it all on here (ouuuuuu....)
