21, Started when I was 18

Hi I need some opinions on this, so currently Im using the normal invest account (I wasnt aware of ISA when I started investing) and now Im not sure if its a good idea to give up my "low" position to swap to ISA. I have only invested around 11k so far into Vanguard S&P 500, Physical gold and Euro600 but mostly on American side of things.
