are these tick bites?

I noticed these two red bumps 4 days ago. They’ve been the same size for 4 days except yesterday they were itchy and got red. Since yesterday, the itchiness went down and the redness also went down.

I was hiking about 4-6 days ago, but I never saw a tick attached to me. I’m monitoring this and plan to go to the doctor. I’m not very knowledgeable about ticks so I’m wondering if folks here agree that tick is a close assumption for the cause of the bumps. From what I understand, they don’t usually bite multiple times? But I don’t know, open to thoughts because I’m currently spiraling. TIA!

tick bite?

realized i had these two bites 4 days ago because it was slightly itchy. i know it’s tick season in new england and i went to visit 4-6 days ago. i’m not very knowledgeable on tick bites though and am unsure if this is early signs of a bullseye.

i’m monitoring and intend to go to a doctor. but wondering if any seasoned new englanders may know if my guess could somewhat be true.
