Suggestions for 7.2.4 setup

Looking for Affordable Recommendations for a Dedicated 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos Media Room
Hey everyone, I’m setting up a dedicated media room in my new construction home and looking for recommendations on the best bang-for-buck equipment. Here are the details:
Room Dimensions:
• 19ft × 12ft dedicated media room
• Ceiling height: 9ft flat at center, slopes down to 7ft 8in at the screen wall
• Fully prewired for 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos (in-wall surrounds, in-ceiling Atmos speakers)
• Projector ceiling mount at 12ft from screen wall
• Dedicated circuits and HDMI conduit already run
Speaker Layout (prewired):
• 7 wall speakers (FL, FR, Center, SL, SR, BSL, BSR)
• 4 in-ceiling Atmos speakers (FHL, FHR, RHL, RHR)
• 2 subwoofer locations with dedicated RG6 coax and power
Looking for recommendations on:

  1. AV Receiver — needs to support full 7.2.4 Dolby Atmos and DTS:X natively, dual subwoofer outputs
  2. Front speakers — floor standing FL/FR, looking for something that pairs well with in-wall surrounds
  3. In-wall surround speakers — already have rough-in boxes, need 8 ohm speakers that fit standard in-wall brackets
  4. In-ceiling Atmos speakers — 4 total, need to fit standard ceiling rough-in cutouts
  5. Subwoofers — 2 units, sealed preferred for tight accurate bass in a dedicated room
  6. Projector — ceiling mounted, 12ft throw distance, targeting 120” fixed frame screen, 4K, laser preferred
  7. Fixed frame screen — 120” 16:9, budget friendly

Adding Budget:
• AV Receiver: ~$1,500-1,800
• Projector: ~$2,000-4,000 (open to laser options like Epson LS11000)
• Fixed Frame Screen: ~$300-600
• Front FL/FR speakers: ~$1,000-1,500/pair
• Center channel: ~$400-500
• In-wall surrounds (4 speakers): ~$400-800
• In-ceiling Atmos (4 speakers): ~$400-800
• Subwoofers x2: ~$800-1,500 each
• Total budget: $8,000-12,000
