Im a regular coffee drinker (mocha master with breville smart burr coffee grinder for 5+ years) who wants to get an espresso machine. I understand it’s more about the grinder than the espresso maker itself. My budget ideally would be $500 or so for both but I could justify maybe going up to $800 for something that is going to last.

Aside: Anyone out there with the De’longhi La Specialista Arte evo espresso machine/cold brew maker and happy with it?

I’m referring to store bought seasonings which have some cane sugar in the blend (like my lemon pepper seasoning) or even making a noodle dish which typically calls for some sugar to balance the flavor. So I guess this would be me physically adding some sugar to homemade lunch and dinner foods vs feeding her snacks and such that have sugar added. She is 15 mo.
