Is there anyone in JC who does wedding bouquets? I’d love to support a small business - bonus points if they are ethical. I’m aware of a petal to pedal and some other shops. I want a bright, colorful sunflower bouquet. Still have a few months left before I need it but want to find a good place!

I work as the EA to a founder at a unicorn start up that recently finished its series C round of fundraising.
I was hired roughly 2 months before series C concluded. 2 other EA’s were hired after it concluded.
I found out that someone hired at the same time as me who just started 2 weeks ago and is a level below me is making around 40k more than me. That feels wrong considering I’m the EA at the top of the company?
They hired a new EA for the other founder and I found out that they make 8x more equity and 130k more than me. They have been an EA longer than me but I have a Masters (they don’t have a degree just stating for facts not put them down) and this is my second career.
I told my manager that I’d like a comp review and he agreed to meet with me.
I did some research and founder EA’s in a fast growing start up should be making between 200-250k - can anyone validate? I make below 200 - the other EA’s I mentioned above make 200+ and 275+. I do a lot more than I was hired to do and most of what I do is not even in the JD that I have + my new boss is very happy with me & I was told that they interviewed almost 100 EA’s before they chose me bc I was their favorite.
Any advice on how to go about this convo? I know I could just chat gpt it but I would prefer to hear from real EA’s vs AI. I’m so used to getting low balled and being told no. I want the conversation to go well but if they say no or don’t give me a fair increase idk what to do. Look for other employment or tell them I know the other EA’s are being paid more?
I want to be professional about this but I feel really upset and taken advantage of.
