Help please package stuck

I’ve just spoken to apple support apparently they spoke to the “relevant department” and it will hopefully come by tuesday? don’t know if they are saying that to get me to stop ringing but only time will tell. I’ll update again if anything changes
Backstory, My iphone battery has expanded and i took it to apple last week on thursday, received an email saying to ring them, didn’t realise and my partner went to go pick up my phone on friday as that’s when they told me it was ready. Mind you we are in northern ireland and belfast is an hour and a half drive away. They told my partner that my phone was too difficult to repair and would just cause more damage so they were going to order me a like to like ratio, but it wouldn’t arrive over the weekend and would most likely arrive on monday or tuesday. I was without phone since mine won’t stay on unless on charge and i work etc can’t keep it on all the time but dealt with it. Rang them on monday no phone tuesday no phone said hopefully wednesday. Wednesday no phone but they provided me the ups tracking number so i didn’t have to keep ringing. It got stuck due to hazardous materials irregularities but then said “on the way” i rang ups to confirm and they said it was stuck again due to the same issue. It’s now saturday and it’s been stuck there for 4 days. This is genuinely so frustrating, i’ve rang apple support they can’t do anything, ups tells me to contact the sender i’ve got no clue who they are and the actual apple support says they have no solution since they just order it lol. How long do these things usually take? any advice? it’s been over a week now.
