Guys...hai egennn!!!
It's me again! Any_Departure/Glittering Middle/Any Abondoned/and now this too. Once again I got banned✌️ Dear Reddit banned me because I replied to someone's comment with literally one sentence: "Low diff...in mumbai scaling🐒🍌🌲". And for that I got banned, Reddit considered it hate. Anyway, in case anyone doesn't recognize me, it's still me, Tokuchi's biggest glazer🚬⚾🎰. But I wanted to make a post about something else, or at least keep it on topic. The problem is scaling in scd. We have different scaling methods, the most common is normal method scaling, but besides that, popular ones also include methodology scaling and Proven Ability scaling. Hardly anyone uses other ones. The second most popular used to be stop scaling. But now that's outdated. (btw I miss it a bit) Anyway, the systems themselves are fine, but the problem I see is the characters' incompetence. Because how do you correctly scale characters when most of their feats are off-screen, unexplained, or shrouded in too much narrative fog. That's kind of a problem, because we're forced to create theories. A theory is not an analysis. An analysis is breaking down, for example, a feat whose process we saw, into its components. A theory is not an analysis and isn't based on facts. An offscreen narrative feat is a feat that has the start of the stick, has the end, but has no middle, which makes accurately scaling the character difficult. It's also a bit unfair toward characters who are 100% honest with us, like for example Yuuichi, whose feats are explained and have a visible process. Because these "narrative" type characters can easily be built up with theories. But on the other hand, it's unfair to those exact narrative offscreen characters, because what? Are we supposed to dismiss 90% of their feats?? It's a pretty difficult problem, would be nice if someone solved it someday. But overall I'm writing this post kind of randomly lol, I just wanted to brag and laugh at you that I got banned🤑🤑🤑🤑 Anyway, let's love each other!
