Hi all, I’m on mobile sorry for formatting. I want to plan my wedding but I’m having a hard time finding places in Michigan that are truly accessible to wheelchair users. My mother in law is wheelchair bound and I need her to be at the wedding and comfortable my husband is her only caretaker he doesn’t have other family to help! I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for accessible venues in Michigan/ Detroit area! Unfortunately no outdoor venues because she is very sensitive to hot temps due to her illness and I want her to be able to enjoy watching her son get married. Has anyone been in a similar situation and how did you make sure your wheelchair guests are comfortable and safe?
