Tests - Is MC always followed by a substantive one?

Hi guys. I wrote a multiple-choice test recently, which felt more substantive than other MC tests I wrote for the UN. I wrote over 10 of those, many with recycled questions and fairly general, with only half of the questions specific to the branch. This test was different, fairly specific to the position and the institution. I could tell that the hiring manager spent time preparing the questions. It was the longest time allocated - 45 min for 20 questions. The passing score of 18 out of 20 was stated. I understand that many would reach the passing score. But the experience and languages required narrow down the applicant pool substantively.

Is there a chance that this MC test would not be followed by a substantive one? Have you written MC tests that were followed by an interview?

Thanks for your answers.

Writing a test with Proctorio - an online proctoring

Hi there,

Has anyone written a test monitored by Proctorio - an online proctoring tool? Can we write on a notepad? What was your experience like? Any advice?

I am trying to find a practice quiz online. Would anyone be able to direct me to one?

This is my first time writing such a test. Thank you.
