Hiya, so i’ve been playing the Sims 4 for 11 years on the same account. Last year I had to deactivate my email linked to the account therefore I cannot access the code it’s trying to send me when I log in.
I have tried multiple times on the online chat thing but never get anywhere as they as ask questions I have no idea the answer to. All the cards the packs were purchased on were also terminated.

Does anyone know any way that I can get back in? It’s been 6 months now
