Alpha futures report

I had a alpha futures glitch with alpha trader that breached 3 of my accounts and put 1 with 160 left, they said they would void my day snd started stalling for days saying it should be updated or its still upsating, now they are saying only 1 account will be restored, they muted me from their discord, and kept deleting my messages when nothing i was saying had any curse words in it, i have emails and discord message, video, and photo proof, you guys already admited to it being a alpha rrader glitch and promised me my accounts back why stall then change the resolution

I had this issue with alpha trader, i contacted support they kept asking for trade ids that were literally non existent as in there is money and time jumps, and they just keep asking for it, is this a way for them to not have to reset accounts that were messed up from their part
