About two weeks ago, I shared my little SG bus app here (the original post is still on my profile if you’re curious 🤣). A lot of the feedback I received ended up becoming actual features—pinned bus services, UI improvements, live bus arrival indicators, MRT line status, and plenty of smaller fixes.

Thanks to all that feedback, the app even reached #59 on the App Store Travel charts at one point, ahead of many of the bus apps I’ve personally used for years, which feels surreal.

Thank you everyone for the feedback and support! If you’ve got more ideas, I’m still actively working on it before school starts in August. ❤️

Just wanted to share a small milestone. My Singapore bus app reached #134 in the App Store Travel category a few days ago, with nearly 300 downloads in just 2 weeks!

It was a nice surprise to see it appear on the charts, since I built it just as a small side project during my school holidays.

hey everyone! i posted my singapore bus app here a few days ago and got a lot of helpful feedback, so i spent the past week redesigning quite a bit of the app.

a few things i changed:
• new singapore-themed artwork 🇸🇬🎨
• cleaner ios-inspired ui 😍
• improved live bus arrival page
• better spacing and typography
• favourite stops design ❤️
• lots of small polish everywhere

it’s still a work in progress but i’m much happier with how it’s looking now 😭 been taking the design a lot more seriously because i’m quite picky with the apps i use depending on how much they please the eye and thought i wasn’t the only one 🤣

thanks again to everyone who left suggestions on the last post! curious to hear what you think of the interface now :)
