Ok sorry this is so random, but I love studying at Starbucks and the lighting is perfect for handwriting, reading books, etc. Specifically the track lighting over the seating areas. I'd love to do something similar for my home office. I've tried different lamps but always dealing with shadows, too bright, too dark... The bright overhead track lights seem like a better option.

Does anyone know what bulbs they use in those fixtures? I'm guessing some sort of GU10 LED? Is there a box of bulbs in some back supply closet that someone could ever so kindly take a pic of? so I can nerd out on my lighting quest, please and thank you!
