i have been tested postive for UP.

i had uti so i did sti panel and also normal culture. it showed e coli and UP. i took ecoli meds and it cleared but my urethritis remains a little bit and im suspecting its cus of UP. if i treat myself and dont treat my husband will it work??? is it absolutely necessary to treat him bec he is completely fine.

currently getting cystistat injections ( which is gag layer to coat the urethra to stop inflammation and burning there)
