Hey folks,

I just posted up a few pics of my recently finished Wargames Atlantic Orc Horde and, while they were on the table for photos, thought I'd pull the whole army (not based on an army list, just a mass of units so far) out for a few pics, too!

I'm trying to bring together a Saruman list for the 'War of the Ring' supplement, but also keep things generic enough to play lists from the Renaissance armies book, too.

I know the ogres don't fit the Saruman list - I just thought they looked cool so chucked them in too!

I've still not had a chance to actually play, so if anyone is in central Scotland and fancies a game over the summer, give me a shout!

I'm eagerly awaiting the Wargames Atlantic Horse Lords, to begin working on an opposing army!! Having said that, I'll happily take a wee break from painting for a bit! Heh!

Phew! They're done...

Hey folks,

I was inspired by the brilliant 'The Wizard's Brush' YouTube channel to buy and paint up two boxes of the Wargames Atlantic Orc Horde. I wanted to post a few pics, not only as I'm chuffed with how they've come together, but also because the sculpts are absolutely brilliant, really sharp, nicely detailed, and fun to paint up - even with my basic brush work!

The box value is good, too! I have tried to base them to make them fit Warmaster Renaissance (I plan to use them to play the 'War of the Ring' Supplement one day ... one day ...), using up all the supplied 40x20mm bases, two extra MDF bases, two coins for heroes, and I still have a few miniatures left over!! Really chuffed!

Anyway, I wanted to share in case any of you are considering this box for your army. I fully recommend them!

Thanks all and, as ever, any friendly c.c. is very welcome!
