Right now everything in my store is still manageable, but I can kind of feel the chaos creeping closer as products, customers, and orders keep growing.

I started reading about database software for ecommerce and honestly hit that point where every article suddenly sounds way more technical than I expected.

Part of me wonders if smaller stores overcomplicate this stuff too early, while another part thinks waiting too long probably creates a bigger mess later.

For people who’ve crossed that stage already, when did you realize your basic setup wasn’t enough anymore? And what made the biggest difference once you upgraded?
