We have a neighbour whose son is dressing up as a roadman. He's wearing the full outfit with a full on balaclava, think coat and electric bike. Generally I wouldn't mind that sort of thing but he nearly ran over me and my kids when we were crossing the road with no hint of stopping or slowing down. So he's just being a bit of a prick. Any advice for dealing with this sort of thing?
