I’m Venezuelan and have a pending employment-based AOS filed in Nov 2024. I already received my EAD and AP. The status I had when filing is now expired, TPS is no longer an option for me, and I also have a pending asylum case (more than 10 years now).

I’m considering a mandamus/delay lawsuit but trying to understand how people decide whether it’s actually worth it and how to choose the right attorney/lawsuit strategy.

Has anyone here done this with employment-based AOS, especially while also having pending asylum? Would appreciate hearing experiences or things to watch out for.
